What is the awareness level of public institutions?

Hello,

I try to map what is the level of awareness/maturity of (regulatory) institution in different countries regarding BIM & in particular IFC.

Do you know which countries are already imposing IFC standard for public project? Or will in the near future (2-3 years)

I know that it is the case for Singapore and might be also in Canada?
