Links broken on MVD database

Many of the IFC2X3 MVD database links seem to be broken (simple fix, just escape rel attribute): https://technical.buildingsmart.org/standards/ifc/mvd/mvd-database/

both seem to be broken at the moment. One cannot view the list of IFC/MVD releases on these pages anymore.
