The Regulatory Room is focused on the regulations, requirements and recommendations that make up the demand side of the built environment, Owners, regulators and advisory bodies all set regulations, and designers, constructors and operators endeavor to satisfy them. We are equally interested in zoning, building and infrastructure. We are especially interested in making the collective business case for interoperability of requirements and automated compliance.
