Hey all! I would like to share some work-in-progress development on FreeCAD in IFC4 support. The below video shows IFC4 product support and various attributes. It also shows IfcOpenShell’s GUI viewer and shows everything working on Gentoo Linux, an example of cross-platform BIM support. Under the hood it uses IfcOpenShell.
Not shown in the video are other features like supporting all property sets, quantities and quantity auditing, IFC diffs, and so on.
