Pset_ElementKinematics in IfcElement

I have realized that in the IfcElement 4X3 final documentation:

, in the section 5.4.3.18.4 Property sets, the Pset_ElementKinematics is referenced twice.

¿Is it true or a mistake in the referred doc?
