I believe we are now ready to proceed with the monthly calls previously proposed here.
The first of these meetings will be 22 April 2020, 13.00 UTC/GMT. I realize this is NOT the 3rd Thursday, but we have some scheduling conflicts on our end we are working around. We should be able to stick to the original day in the future, but flexibility may be necessary.
The agenda for this first meeting will be an introduction and orientation by @jwouellette and @berlotti. This will include:
- Intro to the bSI Technical Services (including ISG and MSG)
- Purpose and structure of calls/meetings
- Process for interaction (proposing agenda items, presenting, Q&A, etc.)
- Overview of bSI Technology Roadmap
The meeting will be held via GoToMeeting (Note that there is a limit of 150 attendees) and recorded for others to review and comment. Interaction for this one will be limited, but use of the Chat function will enable us to capture questions and answer them later, if we don’t get to them in the meeting.
