Change request not working

Hi,

today i tried to send myself a change request over the “change Request” button of the BsDD site. (bSDD Change Request - buildingSMART Technical)
and it says “Your change request has been submitted and send to the data owner. Thank you!”
But i don’t seem to get any mail.

Is there something that needs to be setup beforehand or a special setting that i missed?
Does someone has experience with this problem or a fix?

Hi @cmellueh, I received two of those emails on our end, one with “Test Hier gib t es ein Problem” and “testTestetstso”, so it works.

Check if it didn’t end up in your spam folder or if the email you provided is correct (c****h@hamburgwasser.de).

I already checked :wink: but there’s nothing. If my companies servers block it, normally i get a notification and it’s not in my spam folder.
