| Virtual Workshop 2: Deployment Project Planning |
This working session will be focused on the overall structure and organisation of the deployment work, considering how the program of work is planned, structured and delivered. We will be seeking feedback from senior managers and operational leaders in those organisations that will be actively enagaed in this process. We will present our thoughts on how this work will proceed, the types of test cases that need to be explored and how we envisage the identification and establishment of test-case deployment activities and the associated teams. We will review the entire validation process and how we will measure success in that process, with focus on quality management and consistency in the approach.
