Currently, “4 Fundamental concepts and assumptions” does NOT indicate that “4.1.2.4 Document Association” is within scope of either base MVD, BUT the individual entries for IfcDocumentReference and IfcDocumentInformation do.
Further down the concept template list, “4.1.9.3 Project Document Information” IS indicated to be within scope of both base MVDs, but is this applicable to use cases where the document reference/association is below the project level, either on Site, Facility (building, bridge, road, etc.), Facility Part, or even element level?
In other words, does 4.1.9.3 assume all the same document references will be used throughout the project and that the sub-concepts will NOT be segregated from the IfcProject at any time?
