Convert/upgrade ifc2x3 to ifc4?

Hi,

I wonder if there a way to convert/upgrade an ifc 2x3 to ifc4? The ifc 2x3 was created in revit but I don’t have access to it so I wonder if there is a way to work around it with the upgrade. I wanna open it in archicad but for it to function the way I want I believe it needs to be an ifc4.

The Opensource BIMserver has basic conversion functionality as well.
