All Quantity Takeoffs as Spreadsheet

In order to connect our national standard to IFC we needed a fast overview of all Quantity Takeoffs (QTO) in IFC. To do this we transformed the freely available buildingSMART International IFC 4x2 FINAL schemaa s xml with python into a spreadsheet format. Do not hesitate to ask or improve, hope it helps somebody else.
