What is the correct and standard way (IfcProduct, Property set, IfcLinearPlacement,ecc..) to represent a WBS in relation to an IfcAlignment?
I’m not exactly sure what you are asking for. Wouldn’t a work breakdown structure be more closely related with IfcRoad, IfcRoadPart, IfcBridge, IfcBridgePart, etc?
In medium/large infrastructure projects the wbs is identified by a portion of road, with a beginning and an end, I was wondering how the standard provides for associating this, using an IfcRoadPart associated with an IfcTask?
Would each Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) be represented by IfcSpatialZoneCONSTRUCTION?
