Pset/QTo: Missing information in xml in version 4x3 (no guid and aliases anymore)

I recognised that the pset and qto definitions have changed in version 4x3 (IFC4X3_TC1 and IFC4X3_ADD1). In the corresponding xml files with the pset/qto-definitions there are no IfdGuids and no Aliases (name and definition aliases) anymore.
Why is this so? No need of ifcguids and aliases anymore? Or is it an error in the generation of the xml files?

That’s true. bSI wil be transitioning to different platforms to maintain such information. For translations there is https://translations.buildingsmart.org/ Guids will no longer be provided for properties, because URLS in bSDD will act as unique identifiers where needed buildingSMART Data Dictionary - buildingSMART International
