buildingSMART international does not offer training. The buildingSMART Professional Certification program exists to approve independent training organisations. Individuals can then attend an approved course and sit the buildingSMART online exam to get the Individual Qualification. (Phase 1).
Training providers are registered by their local buildingSMART Chapter. We suggest you to contact the local chapter directly on their Program launch and updates. Otherwise, if there is no local chapter in your country. It will be possible to attend online courses registered by any Chapter around the world and get certified in near future. Chapters who are considering online English courses are Germany, Switzerland, Nordic and the UK, however this is not yet available and may be 3-6 months away.
