Inside the IfcDoc we have some sample files.
However, personally don’t think more sample files can solve the issues related to software vendors

Even a simple file like this has:
13497 lines of code
Around 13000 steps
And 710 kB size
So maybe it be normal to all,
But I see it as an obstacle to achieve Digital Twin(s) and Industry 4.0
