Guidelines for Ifc4x3 (add2) exports to Ifc2x3 (tc1) and Ifc4 (add2 tc1)?

e.g.

  • IfcConveyorSegment(Type): Is it advisable to map to an IfcFlowSegment and IfcDistributionElementType pair?
  • IfcBridge / IfcBridgePart : Is geometry then directly placed in an IfcSite?
  • IfcTendonConduit(Type) : Is is advisable to map an IfcElementComponent(Type) to IfcBuildingElementProxy(Type)?
  • IfcGeotechnicalStratum, IfcBorehole, IfcGeoslice, IfcGeomodel : Just don’t export or is there a suitable alternative?
