I have posted a detailed issue in the Git Repo [IfcConstructionProductResource limitation use case in Cost Norms/ Resource Built-up · Issue #911 · buildingSMART/IFC4.3.x-development · GitHub](https://github.com/buildingSMART/IFC4.3.x-development/issues/911) with respect to a recent modification in the ifc 4x3 add2 where the ifcCountMeasesure [8.11.2.12 IfcCountMeasure - IFC 4.3.2 Documentation](https://ifc43-docs.standards.buildingsmart.org/IFC/RELEASE/IFC4x3/HTML/lexical/IfcCountMeasure.htm) , was changed to support integer rather than [8.11.2.65 IfcNumericMeasure - IFC 4.3.2 Documentation](https://ifc43-docs.standards.buildingsmart.org/IFC/RELEASE/IFC4x3/HTML/lexical/IfcNumericMeasure.htm)
