# AssemblyPlace attribute in IfcElementAssembly and IfcFurnitureType

Hello,  
In IfcElementAssembly class the AssemblyPlace attribute is optional. In the IfcFurnitureType class the AssemblyPlace attribute is mandatory. In one of the classes an error? Or is there an intention that I don’t understand?
